Reporting to Commercial Director we are currently recruiting for an experienced sales professional, with B2B experience, ideally from a HVAC or construction field. You will be an ambitious and pragmatic individual who not only nurture existing customers but also helps to identify and onboard new customers.
Key Tasks
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from specification to closing deals. You'll be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads, conducting engaging presentations, negotiating contracts, and securing new business partnerships.
- Working alongside the Commercial Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets, maximize revenue potential, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, tailoring your approach to meet clients needs.
- Working with all stakeholders to monitor prices and product specifications, highlighting potential opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Visiting customers on a daily basis to further promote existing route to markets and develop new opportunities.
- Supporting exhibitions and other customer events.
- Recording and reporting of monthly KPIs, using the analysis to influence business decisions.
Key Skills/Experience
- A proven sales professional with experience of B2B Sales.
- Ideally from the construction industry with a knowledge of the HVAC Industry
- Results driven- capable of delivering sales targets and planning growth using techniques.
- Ability to implement high level of reporting for sales function, to better understand trends, opportunities and threats.
- Excellent levels of communication, motivation, and presentation skills.
- Able to take ownership, resolving issues and ensuring completion.
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Other Details
- £35-40k pa basic + commission (OTE up to 60k DOE)
- Company Car
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year
