Are you a Warehouse Operative looking for a new role? Do you want to play a part in making sure that Iceland stores are kept fully stocked so that customers are kept happy?
Here in Swindon (SN3), our Iceland Foods warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
We’re currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us on the following shift patterns:
- Weekly rotating 07:00 – 15:00 & 15:00 – 23:00
- Permanent nights 23:00 – 07:00

As a Warehouse Operative, there’s lots that we can offer you:
- An hourly rate from £10.85, that’s a basic salary of £25,800.00
- An overtime rate of £16.28, with the potential to earn £32,100.00 OTE

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Our Warehouse Operatives work ambient chamber – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
- Receive, put-away, pick or load goods using a modern wireless warehouse system including a voice picking system as well as driving small LOLLOP trucks
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills and be hardworking
- A willingness to learn new skills
- A positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
