Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team based at Crick, NN6 7GZ.

This is a full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday on either of the following fixed shifts 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 22:00-06:00.

• You will be paid £11.44 per hour, (plus an extra £1.21 per hour between the hours of 22:00-05:00)

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Work as part of a team in a variety of areas within the warehouse operation
• Ensuring a high level of performance and quality, which enables us to meet customer demands
• Supporting the management with any other related tasks
• Compliance to code of conduct and site rules
• Maintaining Health and Safety in the workplace

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment
• VNA licence would be useful but not essential
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Able to work on your own and as part as a team

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
