Key Responsibilities: As a (Head) Waiter/Waitress at the Lecture room, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Here's what you'll do:
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency in service quality and taking the initiative to coach and support the team.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the management team to ensure each guest leaves with a fully positive dining experience.
- Utilize your interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to consistently achieve the highest standards and performance targets.
Qualifications: We're looking for candidates who:
- Have prior experience in a Michelin Star or similarly prestigious dining environment.
- Are deeply passionate about delivering top-tier service in an engaging and informative manner.
- Excel as team players, building rapport with both guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a continuous desire to learn and improve both knowledge and skills.

Salary: £13.00-£15.75 per hour
