Here at GXO we are looking for Warehouse Forklift Operatives to join us at our Bromford gate site (B24 8DW) in Birmingham.
This is a full-time permanent role - working 43 hours per week any 5 of 7, between 16:00 - 01:00.

You will receive a salary of £25,110 with a night shift allowance of £3,306.96- Paid holiday of 21 days plus bank holidays and banked hours

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Receiving, checking a range of products entering the warehouse- Picking, packing shipping orders
- Relocating products using forklift truck, pump trucks and PPT
- Manual Handling to include lifting at height, loading and unloading goods and outsize items
- Working towards an average pick / pack rate target
- Adhering to site policy and procedures whilst maintaining efficient operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Reach or Counterbalance FLT licence are essential
- Understand health and safety issues relating to a warehouse environment
- Able to work flexibly and on own initiative
- Remaining focused under pressure in a time sensitive environment
