Culina Group are a market - leading food and drink 3PL specialist. We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a full time, permanent basis at our Milton Keynes depot on our AG BARR contract on a day shift.

We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our site in Milton Keynes on a permanent full-time contract working within a customer site. This role offers excellent training opportunities.

Job Description

Shift Pattern:

• Monday - Friday DAYS Rotation (06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00)
• 4 on 4 off DAY shift (06:00-18:00)
• Sunday - Thursday NIGHT shift (22:00-06:00)
• 4 on 4 off NIGHT shift (18:00-06:00)

Salary:

• £12.73 - £15.58 depending on shift pattern.
• £24,886.88 - £30,457.38 per annum depending on shift.

Job duties:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

Qualifications

• FLT Licence (in house or outhouse) preferred.
• Candidates must have warehouse experience.
• Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
