Job Description:

• Working with products that are catered for the ethnic restaurant market - at times these products will be frozen.
• We are looking for experienced order pickers who can pick to a tight deadline with high levels of accuracy. Previous experience preferred.
• Must have a good level of English and Maths as there is important information that needs recording.
• To palletize orders using powered pallet trucks and wrapping/loading of goods.
• To load and unload vehicles for delivery.
• Ensure that goods are managed in a safe manner.
• This is a physically demanding role.

Requirements:

• Reach truck licence/experience (required).
• FLT licence (desired).
• Can do attitude.
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Will require work in the cold-store.

Schedule:

• Sunday 14:00-22:00
• Mon-Thu - 16:00-00:00.
• Shift premium, + £1.00 per hour after 1900pm.
• 28 days holiday incl. bank holidays.
• 40 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42-£11.42 per hour

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
• reach truck: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Fork Lift Truck Licence (preferred)
• Reach Truck Licence (preferred)
