Job description
As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, ECF is expanding its Warehouse Department by recruiting a Warehouse Operative. As a Warehouse Operative at ECF, you will play a pivotal part in helping the business grow and develop. The role is varied and demanding where a flexible “can-do” attitude, pro-active and motivated approach is required. Working closely with other team members ensuring key projects, objectives are carried out within specified timescales. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out tasks as directed
- Picking and Packing
- Supporting warehouse requirements
- Loading of ECF vehicles
- Collating/marshalling of deliveries
- Goods-in
- Despatch
- Work closely with Transport, Production and Sales Office Teams
- Sample stock and fulfilment
Capabilities:
- Attention to detail and efficient approach required
- Knowledge of warehousing
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening)
- Basic computer skills
Required:
- Can work as part of a team (essential)
- FLT counterbalance licence (not essential)
Salary:
- Starting £1760.98 per month
- Rising to £1947.00 per month after probation period of 3 months
