Location: Polar Park - Harmondsworth
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off - Rotational

What about your role?
As a DHL Supply Chain Colleague, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by accurately picking and sorting packages for our customers. We need you to:
- Working as a member of the warehouse team
- Attend Performance Dialog updates at the beginning of shift
- Passing on best practises, so others are fully aware of standards
- Following instructions from line managers
- Ability and flexibility to move around and support other departments
- Comply to all AUDIT requirements in security, Warehouse, H&S, housekeeping and hygiene.
- Ensure KPI targets are achieved
- Work in a safe manner and ensure that all colleagues work responsibly and safely
- Working within a physically demanding environment
What are the requirements?
- Working within a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to follow instructions from line managers
- Good communication skills - Essential
- Warehouse experience or previous within the working environment
- Follow all Health and Safety rules
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
