Job description
Job Title: Warehouse Operative Night Shift ( Reach Truck Licence Required)
Shift/Hours: Sunday to Thursday 17:00-02:00 ( 45 hours per week)
Salary: £29,250
Overtime: Rotational Friday night overtime required. Overtime paid at 1.25 times standard rate
Brief Job Specification:
Warehouse Operative:
- Unloading vehicles and receiving goods in and out.
- Loading of company transport and third-party vehicles.
- Accurate preparation and picking of orders.
- Working with computerised and RF warehouse management systems.
- Ensure stock is rotated correctly.
- MHE Daily check sheets to be completed. Report any near misses, accidents and damage.
- Ensure that MHE is not kept in the warehouse when not in use. To be returned to the battery charging area.
Desirable attributes:
- Self motivated individual, that can work at pace with the highest attention to detail.
- Previous distribution centre, chilled store or warehouse operative experience.
- PPT experience and licence ( current or in house)
- Happy to work in a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius (clothing will be provided)
