Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift: £12.08p/h + overtime if you complete all 5 shifts £16.91p/h
- Night shift: £12.85p/h + overtime if you complete all 5 shifts £17.68p/h
Pay rate working in the freezer:
Chill Chamber Days:
- Days: £12.08p/h | PLUS £60 per week incentive | 40hrs minus break (38 hrs paid)
- 12:00pm till 22:00pm | Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
Chill Chamber Nights:
- Nights: £12.08p/h for hours worked between 18:00 till 22:00 & £12.85p/h for hours worked between 22:00 till 04:00 | PLUS £60 per week incentive | 40hrs minus break (38 hrs paid)
- 18:00pm till 04:00am| Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be using a state-of-the-art voice system to pick and load goods onto pallets and cages, assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles while working in any of the three departments (ambient, chilled and frozen).

Other duties as a Warehouse Operative may be required:
- You will be picking orders for a well-known supermarket, using LLOP trucks. Full training is provided to use our Voice Pick system, to enable you to pick efficiently, effectively and accurately; maintaining good H&S and also hitting pick targets of the business.
- If you are working in the freezer environment the temperature will reach –25 C, protective equipment will be provided.
- Due to the nature of these roles, heavy lifting will be involved. You will also be picking meat & alcohol
Our ideal candidate as a Warehouse Operative will be target driven, flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
