Our Ireland business is rapidly expanding and we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our brand new Distribution Centre in Harristown, Dublin. The successful candidate will play a part in our small and friendly team, who together are responsible for supporting with the provision of our premium quartz countertops in Ireland. We are looking for someone that is keen to learn and be part of the set up of our new DC in Ireland. Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial. Must be a team player with good work ethic.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting with all incoming and outgoing orders and shipments.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers with heavily assisted forklifts
• Stock management, including booking stock in and stock takes
• Movement of heavy stock around the warehouse
• Evaluation and reporting damage of stock
• Report any slabs movement
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy

You will be comfortable with a mix of duties during your day-to-day workload. Health and safety must be a priority.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30

• Careful Worker and must be physically fit as products heavy
• Fork lift licence (an advantage but not essential)
• Report any slabs movement to and in the finished goods warehouse using a mobile terminal; receiving, allocation, moving, issuing
• Proficiency in reading and writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication
• Ability to use a pc
