In this role you will be responsible for accurately completing a variety of administration tasks across reception and cash office. It’s a busy role where you will be working with different software packages and checking paperwork so an eye for detail is essential.
You’ll also be contacting customers to advise of the latest promotions to boost sales and making depot announcements so a passion for delivering great customer service is a must.
What skills do you need to be an Admin Assistant:
- Great timekeeping
- Enthusiastic, confident and adaptable approach to carrying out duties.
- Willing and able to assist with other depot tasks if needed
- A flexible approach to working hours
