Job Title: Warehouse Nightshift Operative
Location: Boston | Hours of Work: 40 per week | Days of work: Any 5 days from a possible 6, Sunday to Friday 8.30pm - 5.00am

About the role:
As a Warehouse Nights Operative, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment whilst picking orders using our WHM voice system. You will also be responsible for loading the orders onto our fleet of dual-temperature vehicles in time for our early morning customer delivery operation. This is a fast-paced, pressured role working in different temperature environments with our team of Operatives. You will be rewarded with excellent rates of pay, an attendance bonus and the opportunity for overtime working.
Responsibilities will include:
- Picking and loading customer order on to our own vehicles
- Working in different temperature zones, ambient, frozen, and chilled
- Ensuring all products are loaded onto our lorries safely and without damage.
- Health and Safety procedures must be met at all times.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy; essential for good stock management.
- Resilience of working on a nightshift and being able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and able to complete warehouse paperwork accurately and legibly.
- Excellent customer service skills at a high standard.
- Strong personal qualities and a positive, courteous, and calm approach to your work.
- Experience of working in a racked warehouse environment.
