Job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the position
· Liaising with sales team to receive orders and report delivery timing internally and externally
· Working with Logistics Manager to implement, monitor and improve inventory management system
· Correcting stock levels on inventory management system and reporting inaccuracies to management director
· Managing a database of all stock locations and ensuring stock is rotated to First in-First out for stock control
· Training, supervising and appraising warehouse operatives
· Matching delivery notes and invoices to pass on to accounts team to release payment to suppliers
· Verifying picked orders to ensure 100% invoice accuracy of outbound stock
· Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
· Managing budgets and producing demand schedules
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
· Generating weekly reports for managing director relating to sales & purchases

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
