Tadley Court School are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional administration team. We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. The successful candidate who be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.
We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly effective administrator to co-ordinate and administer financial systems for school and our associated children’s homes. Using established systems, the post holder will be expected to:
- Process overtime, absence and all other exceptional payments.
- Sense check payroll reports prior to the day of payment and identify required amendments.
- Process new starters through the payroll system.
- Keep all financial records accurate and up to date.
- Place orders with agreed suppliers using established systems. Processing payment requests for goods and services.
- Administer Petty Cash in line with policy and procedure.
- Using an impressed system, ensure that cash is always available in all environments
