**Warehouse Team Leader needed in Macclesfield - £12.00ph - Temp to perm**

The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for one of our clients based in Macclesfield. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate. Previous experience as a team leader is essential as you will be responsible for your own team. Plenty of progression is on offer so if this role seems like a good fit for you, please apply.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Manage the smooth running of all day to day duties within your team
• Ensure tasks are carried out efficiently so targets are met
• Keep track of the performance of your team members and motivate them
• Train any new team members

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Previous experience of leading a team in a fast paced environment (essential)
• Good communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to plan and coordinate tasks under pressure
• General knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures

Hours of work:

• 7am-7pm, **2 week rota which includes working on a weekend**
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Canteen
• Ongoing Assignment
• Overtime Available
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
• Training Provided
