Warehouse Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility
- Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:
- knowledge of inventory management software
- knowledge of implementing a barcode scanning system
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
