We are looking to speak to experienced Warehouse Managers who are looking for a new challenge!

Paying an impressive salary up to £45,000, and offering industry leading benefits covering private health care, life insurance PLUS so much more our Warehouse Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of MS3’s warehouse facility.

As Warehouse Manager, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of MS3 build and installation equipment, working closely with the internal teams and procurement to ensure timely and accurate stock control and distribution.

To be successful for this position, you must have previous experience, ideally in a management role, have experience in the opening, and implementing of best Warehouse practices and hold a UK drivers licences and FLT certificate (Counterbalance and Reach).

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check at the expense of the company.

About MS3 Networks

MS3 is an existing fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full-fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.
Having recently secured investment funding to expand the existing company, MS3 need to scale up operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct report for all warehouse team members and responsibility for internal SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Management of IT Systems (Stock Control, Sage, Microsoft Office etc).
  • Hold full responsibility for the warehouse material handling equipment (MEH) and site health and safety.
  • Inventory accuracy, stock controls and stocktaking.
  • Ensuring quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
  • Management of deliveries and checking purchase orders (PO).
  • Warehouse organisation in accordance with inventory stock levels.
  • Monitoring security and site health and safety.
  • Training of warehouse team members.
  • Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the Warehouse to ensure productivity targets are met.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar Warehouse Management role, ideally in the telecoms industry, but not critical.
  • Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of equipment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using IT software applications, including warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of Sage Barcoding and Warehousing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail.
  • Good communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Can effectively plan and manage own time and those of direct reports.
  • Ability to build professional partner relationships.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion is always adhered to.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret management information.
  • Computer literate with the Microsoft suite of programmes such as word, excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.

Essential Qualifications

  • Full forklift and car driving license required.
  • Warehouse experience is crucial, along with the confident usage of WMS systems and associated handheld devices.
