Kinetik Wellbeing is a health and wellbeing business that prides itself on producing a range of cutting-edge health products to the everyday home. To remain dynamic, we’re introducing our own in-house logistics operation and need your help to do so. We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager, who will be based at our Salfords, Surrey HQ.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and logistics of our warehouse. Your main objective will be to optimize efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage resources and drive continuous improvement.
This is a new warehousing operation so we need someone who has previous experience of implementing processes and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing a small team so experience of line management would be an advantage. You also will have a forklift truck licence or will be willing to get one.
