WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As the Team Leader of the click-and-collect team in our unit, you have the customers at heart, you will be leading and supporting the team preparing and filling customer orders for the busy day ahead. Your team will be receiving customer orders, checking stock on our systems, and ensuring the unit is tidy and safe for trade. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who can work hard in a physically demanding role with a customer-driven mindset.
You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too, taking responsibility will come naturally.
You will have previous experience as a supervisor and handling customer resolution.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Customer Relations Team Leader.
