We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Thornbury, Bristol as a Warehouse Manager.

Whats the opportunity?
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the warehouse function, leading to create a stable and high performing team and driving continuous improvement and efficiency. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading a group of Site Operations Managers to ensure the efficient and cost effective fulfillment of customer requirements. You will set clear objectives so that your team understand the key priorities and can monitor performance effectively.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 Per Week
Working pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Gist Ltd, Short Way, Thornbury, BS35 3UT
About You
- Versatile, with a well-rounded operational background
- Motivational, forward thinking and adaptable style of management – consistently investing in your team to ensure that they are given every opportunity to succeed and develop
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and, where possible, develop solutions to mitigate these
- Excellent understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics
- Strong working knowledge of different systems and how to fully utilise them
- Excellent relationship building skills
- An understanding of Trade unions and how best to resolve an issues which may arise
