Job description
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and a safe working environment. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential in managing a small team of warehouse staff and optimizing the warehouse layout for improved productivity.
Working hours: 6:30 to 16:30 on Monday to Thursday and 6:30 to 15:45 on Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and lead a small team of warehouse personnel to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all products within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Warehouse Manager or a similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Leadership abilities.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
