We facilitate a variety of events, including virtual, hybrid or in-person industry conferences, internal employee events, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and webinars.
What will you be doing?
The role will report into our Logistics Manager and you will be a key player in making sure that after months of planning our clients event is a great success by ensuring the correct resource and equipment is in the right place at the right time.
The ideal Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, will have high attention to detail and accuracy with strong time and workload management skills. You will need excellent telephone and written communication skills & have a true passion for delivering a premium client experience.
Location:
You will need to be within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Blandford Forum, Dorset, 3-4 days a week and the flexibility to work from home on other days. Due to the nature of the events industry, there will also be some travel to onsite events in the UK, Europe and USA
Responsibilities of the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage a busy resource diary
- Maintain our inventory of equipment
- Prepare and pack equipment for shipping
- Organise and book accommodation/travel/shipping arrangements
- Manage onsite expenses and invoices post event
- Liaise with project stakeholders to fully understand and deliver logistics requirements for each event
- Constantly update CRM systems with all relevant information collected
Requirements of the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator:
- Previous experience in coordinating a customer journey or logistics
- Fluent in English
- Ability to problem solve
- Basic costs and budget understanding
- Accountability and sense of ownership of the customer needs
- CRM management knowledge
- Solid communication skills – verbal and written
- Structured and process orientated – analytical with high attention to detail
- Full driving license
- Passport
