Inbound Telesales Advisor – Manchester - Weekly pay!

Work from home option once compliant!

Role: Inbound Telesales Advisor

Location: Didsbury Manchester – Home working option once compliant

Contract: Full Time,Permanent

Contract Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £18,525 (£9.50 per hour) - £24,025 OTE + incentives!- Weekly pay and monthly comission!

Shifts: Monday- Friday hours operate between 8am-9pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm. Sundays off!

Start Date: 6th February 2023

Training: Office based, 5 weeks working 9am – 5.30pm (3 weeks training, 3 weeks grad bay)

Equipment: Provided

Please Note: This role is office based to begin with, once you are fully compliant, you will have the option to work from home, but would need to attend the office a few times each month for any training, one to ones etc.

CCA have a exciting opportunity to represent a multi award-winning telecommunications company, who offer a range of services including broadband, mobile phone, landline, and TV. For the role of an Inbound Telesales Advisor, we are looking for applicants who will have the confidence to answer calls from existing or prospective customers, providing them with a great customer service, and the ability to up sell and cross sell products.

Responsibilities of an Inbound Telesales Advisor:

• Up sells and cross sells to all customers and prospects
• Responds to enquiries passed through to the department on leads
• Makes and answers all calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Needs to be fully conversant with all systems to enable effective interrogation of these systems by accessing then on a daily basis for customer intelligence
• Has an in depth knowledge of products and services, to be able to explain the features and benefits, and those of our competitors
• Takes responsibility for ensuring that accurate product information is provided to customers at all times
• Satisfies customer sales enquiries on initial call whenever possible
• Attends team meetings and contribute as necessary on their individual performance, any successes, failures, opportunities and threats
• Good sales, influencing and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate confidence and be able to influence customer choice and manage customers expectations
• Able to liaise with other departments to facilitate and co-ordinate their efforts to fulfil customer needs

Experience needed for an Inbound Telesales Advisor:

Desirable

• You’ll have knowledge of working within a call centre environment.
• Ideally you will have experience in data entry.

Essential

• You’ll have the confidence to contact customers directly.
• You’ll be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
• You’ll have the desire to deliver great customer service and the passion to smash your targets and objectives.
• You’ll have the ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills.
