Job description
We are proud to be recruiting for our client in Andover. We are looking for Outbound Team Leader to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Monday to Friday 13:30-22:00
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the department where they are looking to improve efficiency and ensure that effective operation is established and maintained.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting team by picking and packing customer’s orders
- Liaising with customers
- Supervising, leading and motivating the team to help them to achieve operational plan
- Training new staff
- Data entry into systems
- Working closely with other team leader and different departments
- Attending meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and processes
- Strong organisational skills with a good attention to details
- Experience with a recognised WMS (Manhattan, Infor, Sap) would be desirable
