Job description
Seeking an Office and Warehouse Manager to join a well-established fire protection company based in St Columb Road.
The role is being offered on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. The role will see the chosen candidate completing essential office duties and managing stock levels in the warehouse.
Main duties to include:
- Everyday accounting duties to including invoicing and reconciling and debt chasing
- First point of call for customers and suppliers
- To organise record keeping and general day to day administration
- To receive and make various phone calls to customers and suppliers, deal with incoming emails and carry out general office duties
- To oversee levels of stock in the warehouse and place orders as required
- To deal with scrap and waste collections
Essential skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly computer literate
- Experience with using accounting software, preferably ‘Sage’
- Can-do attitude
The role includes 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days, plus bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
