The London Innovation Lab continuously improve relationships across the company and actively seek out innovative ideas and fresh thinking in order to develop them into strategic technical solutions that are commercially relevant to the business. The Lab provides exposure to newly released and upcoming technologies and the ability to positively contribute to the strategies of the business both operationally and technically.
This is a supportive structured professional development Programme, across 18 months. Candidates can enjoy formal learning delivered through a range of methods including on the job training and working directly with a team of highly motivated, talented and friendly individuals always willing to share their expertise to support your development. This opportunity will provide you with a new set of skills and build the foundations to support your future career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operationally support the smooth running and structure of the Innovation Lab
Support local hiring events and the onboarding processes of new hires in the Lab
Be the intermediary to support Lab Managers with hardware/software requirements
Provide support with the management of site logistics and requirements and input improvement ideas
Support the local staff with the offboarding process
Maintain Lab headcount data, hardware and software inventory and provide reporting as required
Support philanthropic and team building events in the Lab and remote
This role provides experience and development in two key areas:
Analyse data to improve operational and onboarding processes
Lab Operations, Logistics, administration and events
Training will see future success of being able to provide support in a complex and fast paced environment and building up the workplace since the pandemic.
Qualifications:
You have been resident in UK 3 yrs prior to starting apprenticeship with the right to work in UK
Minimum A-C or 4-9 in Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
