The Menu Partners are looking for a Warehouse Loader (afternoons/evenings) to join our team in Brighton. If you are passionate about consistently providing high quality service then this is the role for you. Job Function:

  • The purpose of the Warehouse Operative’s role is to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed.
  • You will ensure that the operation performs effectively and efficiently on a daily basis and complies with all Legal, Health and Safety, Hygiene regulations and Company Policies. You will be aiming to deliver a “best in class” facility for operational efficiency.
  • As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Following the company's quality standards and complying with food safety at all times.
  • Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, boxes and shelves.
  • Maintaining a stock rotation of all goods
  • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule
  • Ensuring quality of produce is upkept for the customer needs
  • Loading of goods onto delivery vehicles following a coherent order and maintaining a safe stacking of goods
  • Warehouse porter duties including daily cleaning after use
  • Follow additional line manager reasonable requests as the business requires.
  • Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy

Role Specifics:

  • Working hours – 3.30pm - 11.30pm (3 days per week)
  • Weekend work is required on a rotational basis
  • £10.50 per hour
