Warehouse/Goods Out Operative

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Warehouse/Goods Out Operative to join our team, providing a first class service with our team in Coventry working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers.

The Details:

£11.64 Per Hour
Sunday to Thursday Role
40 Hours Per Week - 14:00 to 23:00
Monthly Pay
Parking Onsite
A valid RTITB or ITTSAR MHE licence is desirable

Warehouse/Goods out Operative Duties

Loading and unloading palletised goods
Moving palletised goods between areas of the warehouse
Utilising equipment including hand pallet truck, counterbalance forklift and Powered pump trucks
Ability to plan and prioritise
Work under own initiative
Ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within a Distribution or Logistics position

Prioritise and managing tasks in a pressurised environment

Experience of delivering expanding operational KPI’s.

A practical approach to prioritisation of daily tasks and keeping a cool head under pressure

Computer literate and able to switch from computer to computer

Great communication skills
