We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in London (NW10) who is passionate about last mile delivery, logistics and technology.

Your mission will be to supervise a parcel sortation and delivery site and deliver afternoon shifts 14h00- 23h00.

The role is on shift basis 4 days in and 2 off, including Saturday and Sunday.

What will I be doing?

    • Responsibility for supervising a warehouse shift for the Stuart London Hub including staffing, sorting operations fleet management and stock control
    • Responsibility for ensuring that others are working in a safe environment and flagging non H&S adherence to site manager
    • Helping to maintain KPIs (site quality, delivery, safety metrics)
    • Delivering shift huddles / handovers and communicate confidently with the hub team
    • Delivering superb customer service and reporting to clients
    • Help with Route creation
    • Support drivers during the delivery

    • A positive ‘can-do mentality
    • A background in warehouse, logistics or other relevant industry
    • A strong understanding of and values diversity within the workplace
    • Flexible approach to work and a willingness to work alternative shift patterns when required and at weekends
    • Ability to think outside the box and suggest continuous operational improvements
    • Team-orientated: an ability to motivate a team of warehouse operativesExperience in Health and Safety Procedures
