Warehouse Coordinator

NIGHTS Shift Patterns: Sunday to Thursday - 10 pm - 6 am

Salary: £28,142 + great benefits

Full Time - 40 hours

We’re looking to add to our team with a Warehouse Coordinator who is passionate about the job they do, committed to developing strong working relationships across the business, and driven by the need to deliver nothing but the very best results. The role includes:

• Complete start and end of shift checklist and report back to management
• Manage the orders into departure time and distribution of orders to colleagues, collect updates from the office.
• Record the pick rates of bulk picker onto spreadsheet. Report any issues to the management team. Ensure that pick notes are completed correctly.
• Support the management team by regularly walking the aisles to check for cleanliness and making sure the aisles are well organised.
• Report any near misses or possible breaches of Health and Safety to the management team.
• Check any orders that are TLC and make sure that they have been picked correctly and with great quality products in the absence of a checker.
• Ensure that there are always empty pallets/ pallet wrap etc. In the Warehouse for the pickers.
• Spot check rotation to ensure that colleagues are always using the correct stock in rotation order.
