SWAY Hair Extensions;
Our Warehouse and Customer Service Assistants are vital for the brand and ensure the smooth running of our operation process and customer order dispatch. You will be working with the distribution team to pick, ensure quality control and pack the items, taking orders over the phone while understanding any additional Salon Professional needs via the distribution email.
You will assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock while always keeping standards high. You will be part of a team that take pride in every process, work together and have lots of fun along the way. You should be;
· Amazing at providing great service, with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.
· Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training while considering future career development within the brand.
· A great communicator who loves to help people.
· Willing to learn and you don’t need retail experience to succeed.
