Warehouse Assistant
On Event Production Co. have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working individual to join our growing team as Warehouse Assistant either part-time or full-time.
The role is based at our warehouse in Castle Donington, Derby. You'll be joining a small team responsible for picking technical production equipment for live events using hand-held scanners, and ensuring everything gets safely loaded onto vehicles to travel to and from site. You will need to be physically fit, organised, have a great eye for detail with a flexible approach to work and have a real passion for the industry. This can be a fast-moving environment so you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines under pressure.
Main job responsibilities:
- Being part of the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis
- Role modelling and maintaining high operational standards within every element of the role
- Organisation and efficient prioritising of work load.
- Ensure warehouse health & safety and regulatory process are followed at all times.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Have the ability to work unsupervised.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Other duties and responsibilities expressed and implied which arise from the nature and character of the role.
