Job Purpose
The Warehouse Assistant will work within a small team and will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking in deliveries, processing paperwork, placing and moving stock around and assisting with internal stock requests and deliveries. This role will handle various deliveries, stock and products, including food and beverage products. Stock inventory and control will also be a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving inventory and materials across facilities
- Preparing and processing inventory for delivery
- Sort, organise and store inventory
- Reporting any discrepancies including damaged or missing inventory to line manager
- Making sure stock room is organised and clean
- Maintaining warehouse standards high for audits
- Comply with all company procedures, rules and regulations
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
- Hardworking and have a can-do attitude
- Confident and personable, with ability to build relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional team players with excellent communication skills
- Well presented with a friendly manner
- Shows initiative and proactiveness
- Can confidently work on their own
Desirable Criteria
- Similar background preferably within the attractions, hospitality, entertainment, retail sectors

Please be advised working days will a mix of weekday and weekends as we are looking for 4/5 days availability. We are based in Westfield London, Shepherds Bush.
