IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome warehouse assistants to join our logistics team, with customers at the heart of what we do.
We are looking for someone who can work hard in a physically demanding role with a customer driven mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too, taking responsibility will come naturally.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Full-serve Co-worker.
Expected Starting Date: 20th May 2023

Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart, you will be preparing and filling customer orders, moving volumes of stock to ensure we are ready for the next shopping day. Your daily duties will be filling shelves, ensuring store is tidy and safe for trade. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.

WHAT WE OFFER
- £11.45 basic hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, all our part time co-workers will receive 1 weekend off in 4.
- 30 hours per week working 5 days a week, the shift patterns are 11am - 5pm or 4pm - 10pm, you will be required to work 2 late nights per week.
