We are looking for a warehouse oprative to join our small close-knit team based in southfleet,kent
A counter Balance Fork Lift Licence and knowledge of the building industry and materials is highly desirable.
Duties include:
- Picking customer orders
- Loading and Unloading of vehicles safely and securely
- Assisting with goods-in/putaways
- Dealing with Trade customers and customer collections
- Assisting with weekly stock take
- General awareness of Health and Safety
- Keeping a tidy and clean environment within the warehouse
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexable approach to work hours
- Good timekeeping (flexible approach to work to meet the business needs)
- Occasional Shunting of flatbeds and vans
This is a customer faced role in an open warehouse and yard environment,therefore a friendly and polite manner is essential to the role.We at GH Supplies are known for our service to customers.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 7.30AM-5PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per year
