The role

The Fugro Metocean Measurements team is now looking for a Warehouse Assistant in Walllingford, Oxfordshire. Working as a pivotal part of a very proactive team you will be responsible for the packing of equipment and consumables during the mobilisation phase and unpacking on their return to the warehouse, ensuring survey consumable levels are maintained and logged and equipment is maintained. You will be working closely with project teams, assisting in shipment logistics of equipment to and from vessels and between sites, within the UK and overseas. You will also be responsible for ensuring that a high level of organisation and tidiness is maintained within the warehouse and that all activities are carried out to company specific standards and are in line with our QHSSE policies.

Who we’re looking for:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in warehouse operations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience of working to QHSE standards and policies.
Proven ability to work to deadlines.
Full UK driving license.

Logistical experience is desirable.
Knowledge of LOLER regulations also desirable.
Forklift license would be desirable but not essential.
