GoConnect UK are offering an amazing opportunity for a new Customer Service Agent to join our ever-growing team. We offer complete telecoms solutions to small to medium businesses across the UK, providing business mobiles, broadband, VOIP & hosted solutions and much more.
Job Title: Customer Service Agent - experience is preferred but not required. (Full internal training provided)
Location: Fareham office - High street location (within walking distance from the bus and train stations. Free parking on site)
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 (one 8AM start is required per week)
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers
- Deal with customer queries and complaints, resolving them efficiently
- Complete a legal verification script process for new customers that have just signed up
- Obtain PAC codes and termination fee's from new customers' existing networks
- Complete 'account management' calls with existing customers
- Obtain 5 star TrustPilot scores
- Identify customer needs for additional products
Qualities we look for:
- Has demonstrated an ability to meet and exceed targets in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of building strong client relationships
- Computer literate, and competent using Microsoft excel, Office and Word
- Has demonstrated an excellent telephone manner
- Some basic sales skills
