Job summary
Responsible for ensuring medical module serviceability, and replenishment of returned medical modules for deployment and redeployment in support of UK Defence tasks.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

Person specification
- To read the TMW Med Logs Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and sign as understood.
- Ensure all Med Logs personnel adhere to SOPs.
- Complete all tasks as specified on the Med Logs 4-Tier Management Checks.
- Carry out and allocate tasks by operating a workload priority system.
- Ensure that all Medical Modules are checked for serviceability and time expiry.
- Check Medical Modules are prepared in a timely manner prior to Exercises and Operations, liaising with deploying personnel to ensure all requirements for the deployment are supplied.
- Medical Modules and materiel are loaned in accordance with SOPs and authorised by Air Command or Officer Commanding (OC) Med Logs.
- Paperwork pertaining to Medical Modules, Exercises and Operations are all filed correctly and archived in accordance with SOPs.
- Update Medical Modules to ensure currency by cross referring to Defence Equipment & Services Module Listings, checking Defence Instruction Notices for updates.
- Ensure Electromedical Equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition liaising with Medical and Dental Servicing Section using the JAMES system.
- Ensure that building security is maintained in accordance with SOPs.
