We are seeking a Warehouse And Customer Service Associate to join our team!
You will be responsible for fulfilling orders as well as helping customers, by providing product and service information and resolving fulfillment, shipping, and product issues.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders for wholesale clothing/accessories
- Assist Warehouse Manager in all shipping/packing/customer service related tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone
- Provide information to customers about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in customer service and/or fulfillment preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
