Avaliable Job Today We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse department as a Warehouse Administrator in Aberdeen to assist the Warehouse Manager with clerical duties.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

• Managing email mailbox
• Using client portals to retrieve documents
• Liaise with vendors for any Over/Shortages and Damages (OS&D) of goods arriving at the warehouse.
• Picking/Packing schedule for packing team.
• Deliver warehouse receipts to relevant internal departments.
• Liaise with external clients for order picking/collection.
• End of Month stock checks for certain clients.
• Ordering warehouse consumables.
• Assisting with line checking items as and when required.

Ideal Candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• A positive and outgoing attitude, maintaining a high degree of commitment to improvements and change
• Good organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in checking and processing information
• Ability to form good relationships, with clients, colleagues and vendors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good IT and Microsoft skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team
