Avaliable Job Today We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse department as a Warehouse Administrator in Aberdeen to assist the Warehouse Manager with clerical duties.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

Managing email mailbox
Using client portals to retrieve documents
Liaise with vendors for any Over/Shortages and Damages (OS&D) of goods arriving at the warehouse.
Picking/Packing schedule for packing team.
Deliver warehouse receipts to relevant internal departments.
Liaise with external clients for order picking/collection.
End of Month stock checks for certain clients.
Ordering warehouse consumables.
Assisting with line checking items as and when required.
