Avaliable Job Today We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse department as a Warehouse Administrator in Aberdeen to assist the Warehouse Manager with clerical duties.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to:
- Managing email mailbox
- Using client portals to retrieve documents
- Liaise with vendors for any Over/Shortages and Damages (OS&D) of goods arriving at the warehouse.
- Picking/Packing schedule for packing team.
- Deliver warehouse receipts to relevant internal departments.
- Liaise with external clients for order picking/collection.
- End of Month stock checks for certain clients.
- Ordering warehouse consumables.
- Assisting with line checking items as and when required.

- Good organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in checking and processing information
- Ability to form good relationships, with clients, colleagues and vendors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT and Microsoft skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team
