We have supplied them Warehouse Operative staff in the past and are now looking for a Warehouse Admin for their busy warehouse You will work closely with the Materials Manager and Supervisor to manage all incoming and outgoing goods Using a computer system to track stock, stock loss, availability, locating stock Assisting with product packaging ready for dispatch and processing any returns Other duties will include: Goods inwards receiving and packing and despatch of customer orders and parts for sub-or processing Kitting of works orders to the factory in a timely and organised manner in accordance with the production plan Maintaining stock levels in accordance with company guidelines using Abas ERP system Effective storage of components within the stores area Ensuring stock accuracy in maintained by scheduled Stock Taking Other duties Working to company procedures and fulfilling quality procedures Working to company H&S procedures Fulfill other duties at manager’s request Ability to work well as in a team Maintain a safe and tidy work environment Skills You will have a good background in a warehouse Be able to use computers Stock Control experience Looking for a temp to perm role Hours of work are either Sun-Tues Days or Nights 7am-7pm/7pm-7am or Wednesday - Friday Days or Nights 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Please send your cv to or ring 01978 366666 Please note If this job is a role, gap personnel is operating as the employment business.
