EXPERIENCED WARDROBE STYLIST/MANAGER REQUIRED FOR UHNWI IN CENTRAL LONDON

Location: Mayfair, London + travel

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 per annum, negotiable

Status: Live-out

A fabulous opportunity has become available for a highly organised and experienced Wardrobe Stylist/Manager to work for an UHNWI in their London property. With a degree in fashion and relevant experience working for high-net-worth individuals in fast-paced and dynamic environments, you will hit the ground running and support the principal with all aspects of managing their extensive designer wardrobe.

Ensuring that the principal always look her best, you will style and manage her wardrobe, put looks together for everyday wear as well as events and parties, ensuring that a flawless and inspired look is achieved. Managing the glam team, you will work in close collaboration with the hairdressers and make-up artists, coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth running of events, as well as managing personal shopping, general errand running and gifting when required.

Cool, calm and unflappable, you will also be highly organised and an exceptional communicator, accompanying the principal locally and internationally, and be responsible for managing the packing and unpacking of luggage. Additionally, you will coordinate hotel room set-ups pre-arrival and foster strong relationships with the principal’s travel network to support the smooth running of all travel activities. Sewing skills would be highly advantageous to assist with on-site sewing where needed.

A live-out role, working hours will be 48 hours per week, 5-6 days per week, with flexibility required to accommodate the principal’s schedule, and extensive travel will be required as part of the role. The ideal candidate will be focused, dynamic and resourceful, as well as being assertive, professional and exceptionally discreet.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Managing the principal’s extensive wardrobe, recording of all stock and maintaining care and storage of all items

· Putting looks together and advise on the latest trends

· Managing the glam team and working closely with them to ensure the best possible service is delivered

· Visual merchandising, ensuring all display items are inspiring

· Management of the packing and unpacking of the principal and family’s luggage

· Accompanying the principal to events and on trips, ensuring an exceptional wardrobe service is always delivered

· Coordinate principal’s plans with all relevant team members at the destination; ensuring all necessary arrangements are made pre-check in according to specific preferences

· Errand running, personal shopping and gift buying

· Performing onsite sewing and repairs for the principle

· Keeping relationships with tailors and outsourcing more specialised work such as leather, embroidery, latex, and specialist repairs

· Assisting the PA with any appointment scheduling when needed

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

· Fashion degree and prior stylist experience working for HNW clients

· Eye for detail, observant and on top of the latest fashion trends and styles

· Ability to sew (ideally)

· Fluency in spoken English

· Eligibility to live and work in the UK + eligibility and willingness to travel abroad

· Self-directed, energetic, and discreet

· Respectful, assertive, and confident

· Highly organised and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments

· Team player with exceptional communication skills

· Excellent checkable references
