What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Business Transition Manager, you will work as part of the Corporate Sales Team to design and deliver management reporting suites. This is a hybrid role where a minimum of 2 days a week is required to work from our office locations (Trowbridge or Newbury). Working hours are from 8:30 - 17:00, however, we do offer the flexibility of starting and finishing +/- 1 hour earlier.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Focusing on the management of customer data analytics
- Creating and delivering PowerBI reporting to highlight key trends
- Designing and maintaining the user-friendly management suites
- Supporting the team in analysing in-depth investigations of issues and problems
What are we looking for?
You'll be a data enthusiast and an analytical individual. You like to work in collaboration with others and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table to develop innovative solutions. You come with excellent communication skills to influence senior colleagues and are a problem solver at heart.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Excellent Microsoft Office, and Excel skills
- Ability to make commercial business decisions
- Proficient in PowerBI
- Stakeholder management skills
