Role overview:
- A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
- You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential
- You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

- The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma
- A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response
- The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations

Hours: Part time 11.5 or 23 hours per week (1 or 2 night(s)/week for part-time) and Full time 34.5 hours per week (3 night/week)
Shifts are 9:30pm – 9:30am
Salary: £6,265.67 (1 night/week) or £12,531.33 (2 nights/week) or £18,797 (full time)
