Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too. Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available. Your Service Vale House is a unique home that offers the independence and freedom of private flats, but with the support of an expert team at all times. People are encouraged to personalise and maintain their personal space to encourage independence and responsibility, but there’s also a warm and friendly atmosphere in the communal areas for people to get together to relax, socialise and make plans. The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and no experience is needed. You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant).
