PAY: £99.00 PER NIGHT (£11.00 an hour)

THE POST
You will be working as part of a Waking Night Team supporting “T”, a 65-year-old man with learning disabilities and autism in Glastonbury, Somerset. T lives in his in his own property and he loves cars, plants, his garden, his family and friends, socialising, live music and food!
T needs support to have a restful night’s sleep and to keep safe during the night. He will require emotional support to help him process events, losses, and change. You will also be required to orientate T to time and place for him to understand the difference between night and day.
HOW DO WE PROVIDE SUPPORT?
We deliver support via small Micro-Teams. A Micro-Team is made up of a small group of people who have been matched with the person supported and work closely with that individual. Micro-Teams work because everything is built on relationship both with the person supported and with your colleagues. Support is provided on a one-to-one basis.
HOW ARE TEAM MEMBERS SUPPORTED?

- You will be paid £11.00 an hour, from the moment you start working with us
- You will have a permanent contract that guarantees your working hours
- You will have 5.6 weeks of paid leave each year PLUS an additional days (pro-rata) paid leave that is allocated to your birthday
- We pay 30p per mile for every mile you travel, including commuting miles
- We offer full time, part time and casual contracts
- We do not use Zero Hour Contracts
