Job description
Hello - I am looking for some fantastic bubbly enthusiastic people to join my team at the Globe Inn Near Bath. We can offer full time and part time hours. Ideally we are looking for people who are local, and will be able to join the team to work as part of the team supporting us through our busy months ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Clear and clean tables, bussing dishes and glassware
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking abilities
