The Role

In this role, you are the face of Room Service Food & Beverage! Providing a warm welcome, taking orders, delivering food and drink, as well as setting up and clearing down the department will form part of your normal duties, however the greatest and most important task is helping our guests and customers have an amazing time! From recommending dishes and drinks, to knowing where to catch a taxi, or the best theatre shows - you are not just waiting staff, you are a local legend!

• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
• Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
• Empathetic and able to build relationships
• An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
